KIT digital Czech maintains maximum emphasis on the professional and human qualities of its employees and associates. Along with KIT digital Czech base team of experienced specialists, we have a constantly expanding network of external associates giving us the flexibility to answer a very broad range of highly specialised problems. All KIT digital technicians and project employees regularly undergo training and knowledge testing by individual producers (verified by certificates), and many of our specialists have direct experience with audiovisual production on a professional level. The recruitment of juniors is standard, as well as cooperation with educational establishments (FAMU, JAMU, Zlín Film School, secondary schools and universities – SPŠ, ČVUT, VUT).
